Volunteer: “Flight Club” & Community Running Events

If your passion for running or positive youth development in Indian Country seeks a constructive outlet in some other form than a full-time job or a summer facilitator position, please contact Executive Director, Dustin Martin, at (505) 977 5057 for more information about how to get involved with Wings.

Wings has begun a volunteer-driven in-school and after-school program for elementary and middle school youth called “Flight Club”. Flight Club leaders must agree to coordinate at least two sessions for club members each week throughout the semester and report members’ attendance and progress to the Wings office. Participants are rewarded throughout the season as they hit mileage goals and prove their commitment through attendance. Please contact the Wings office if you are interested in starting a Flight Club chapter for Native youth in your area.
